Customs Duties and Import Taxes

 General Information

Every order is mailed straight from Japan.

Import charges, VAT, GST, and other local taxes are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

The customs authorities in your nation determines these taxes and charges, which are normally collected by the shipping company (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) either before or at the time of delivery.

Customs may reject the shipment or return it to us if you don’t pay the necessary taxes or tariffs.
Your order will be considered canceled in such circumstances. After subtracting the cancellation charge, real duties paid, and return shipping expenses, we will provide a refund. I appreciate your understanding.

 Region-Specific Guidelines (Estimates)

United States

You’ll pay a 15% tariff right when you buy your items. The good news? When your items arrive, you won’t need to worry about any extra tariffs. Just remember, tariffs apply only to the item’s price and not to shipping or insurance costs.

European Union (EU)

In the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) and import duties can add up to 20-30% of your item’s value, depending on where you’re located.

United Kingdom (UK)

For most imports into the UK, there’s a VAT of about 20%. If your order exceeds £135, it might also be subject to customs duties.

Canada

When you import goods into Canada, expect to pay a GST/HST of 13-15%, depending on the province. Certain products may also incur additional customs duties.

Australia

If your order goes over AUD 1,000, you may face a 10% GST along with possible import duties.

New Zealand

For orders above NZD 1,000, be prepared for a 15% GST and potential customs duties.

Singapore

As of 2025, any imports over SGD 400 will be hit with an 8% GST, which is usually collected during customs clearance.
