Handling Time

All orders placed with us are typically processed within 72 hours (3 business days), which is Monday through Friday. We do not process orders during weekends or Japanese national holidays, and all packages are shipped from Japan.

The choice of shipping method does not affect the handling time; for instance, orders using Express shipping will not be prioritized or handled faster.

Additionally, single cards undergo a special inspection process to ensure quality, which may extend the shipment time to up to a week from when the order is received.

Splitting or Adding Products After Ordering

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our support team with your order number:

  • To split an order, you can do so without a fee, but you will incur additional shipping charges.
  • To add items to your order, please inform support of the specific items you wish to include.

Shipping Time

The shipping durations provided on our website are average estimates in business days based on our experiences. Please remember that the 72-hour handling time is separate from shipping times. During busy periods, such as Christmas or New Year, handling and shipping may take longer.

Potential customs delays are not included in the estimated shipping time, so if you live in a region with strict customs regulations, please allow additional time for clearance.

Since the shipping services are managed by postal services, FedEx, or DHL, delays caused by these services do not entitle you to compensation, suspension, or cancellation.

If your shipment is taking longer than expected, please have your tracking number ready and contact our support team and your local post office. Sometimes, tracking statuses may not update properly even if your shipment is at the post office or held up in customs.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped the day before, on the release date, or the day after, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays. Shipments are generally processed in the order they are received, and we cannot provide specific shipping dates within this timeframe—please refrain from asking about exact shipping dates.

If you order both a pre-order item and an in-stock item simultaneously, they will be shipped together with the pre-order item.

Notes

  • Multiple orders from the same customer may be shipped together in the same package. If you need your orders separated for customs or other reasons, please let us know.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item or shipping prices; these are the buyer’s responsibility. However, for goods shipped to the UK under £135, VAT is included.
  • Check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before purchasing (incoterms is DAP).
  • These charges are typically collected by the delivering shipping company or upon item pickup—do not confuse them with extra shipping fees.
  • We do not understate merchandise values or mark items as “gifts,” as US and international regulations prohibit such actions.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, the standard warranty policy of the shipping company (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or JapanPost) will apply, and you will be compensated accordingly. If you want to purchase additional insurance for your package, please contact us.
  • If a product is returned for any reason, we will refund the amount minus the return shipping fee, a 25% cancellation fee, and customs duties—unless the return is due to our error.
  • If there are issues with the merchandise, please take a photo of the item’s packaging condition. Keeping the product packaging is necessary for our refund policy. (The shipping company will collect it.)
